The Imaginary Conference is being organized by multimillionaire Francis Carey at Musuru Lodge, located at about 9,000 feet above sea level on the Eastern Kenya Plateau to discuss the Empire. The conference consists of nine men and nine women drawn from the upper and professional classes.
