John Carter and the Giant of Mars

John Carter and the Mars Giant is a teenage story written by Burroughs' son, John "Jack" Coleman Burroughs, and allegedly studied by Burroughs. It was written for Whitman's Big Little Book, illustrated by Jack Burroughs, published in 1940, and reprinted the following year in Amazing Stories. This story is the first episode of John Carter's Mars collection.
