Micromegas

Micromegas are the inhabitants of the star Sirius, which is 120,000 feet tall, and is accompanied by a dwarf from Saturn at 6000 feet tall. During a grand tour of the universe, they visit Earth in 1737 and, using improvised microscopes, discover a party on the boat of small human philosophers.
