Plays for Earth and Air
by Lord Dunsany
Although the first four plays in this book are written for the earth and the rest for the air; the rest was done in the corresponding element. Probably the future of games for broadcast lies in television. At this time, each character should be exaggerated a little, so that the viewer has no doubts about who is speaking; Even each sound should be quite unusual so that it cannot be confused with another voice in the cast. Once viewers can see each actor, none of this will be needed. Then radio plays could even compete with theaters; or rather, a chair and a fire, where you can watch such plays, will compete with the best place of any theater in the world.
