The Grand Inquisitor

The Great Inquisitor is a division of The Brothers Karamazov, a literary work of the Russian writer/philosopher Fyodor Dostoevsky. The main character of this work is the Great Inquisitioner, who arrested Jesus. The Great Inquisitor, or Inquisitorial Generalis in German, is the person who presides over the Inquisition, such as Toms de Greenmada of the Spanish Dominican, who was the official in charge of the Spanish Inquisition.
