The Prince of India (Volume 2)

The last volume of Wallace's book, Prince of India. The main character of this novel is "The Wandering Shoemaker", a figure from medieval Christian folklore, the legend of which began to spread throughout Europe in the 13th century. The original legend refers to a Jew who mocked Jesus on the way to the Crucifixion and was later cursed for walking the earth before the Second Coming. Wallace's novel tells the story of the adventures this man lived through the ages when he was involved in the formation of history.
