The Return of Tarzan
by Edgar Rice Burroughs
Tarzan boldly abandons the woman he loves to another man, leaving the false world of civilization and returning to the beloved African jungle. When he returns, Tarzan, buried in the mists of his forest, discovers Opar, a city of gold, possibly the ruins of Atlantis. But beneath her serene façade, La, the high priestess of the God of Flame, meets cruel men, wild women, and the blood-stained altar of sacrifice. If Tarzan wants to avoid Opar's clutches, he must lead the ancient vaults of his tribe of primitive warriors!
