The Saving Clause
by Sapper
Minesweeper takes us to a very pleasant world, where mighty people like Oliver Samuelsons, their gross nouveau riches, emerge from their newly acquired country places due to the horror of a false ghost, and are glorified by the appearance in the time of a modest, rather small governess like Molly Delmont, the charming prince with both money and amazing physique. The title story, which tells the story of a journey in which five desperate people and an unfortunate missionary come together on a cargo ship, is a vivid interpretation of two different types of masculinity, despite all the nonsense; While Billy Cartwright's work lies a keen understanding of women's psychology, the Truth is as impossible as his adventures.
