Tom Swift and his Submarine Boat

Tom Swift's father has completed an experimental submarine design that he expects to experience in an upcoming government-sponsored race and trial. However, when news came of a ship full of gold sinking off the coast of Uruguay, Tom and his father quickly changed course. The treasure lies in the ocean bed, three miles below the surface, and only Swift's submarine can dive – or so they thought! Soon after, a rival emerges from the ink depths, and a battle begins, leaving the crew in danger of sinking under the waves forever. (source: Wikipedia)
